When summer comes it is easy to fall into the saying 'I will get around to it'. Summer is a great time for you to practice things that may give you extra problems throughout the school year. Summer is a great time to learn and memorize your scales. You can download a scale sheet from the blog if you have lost yours. Set a schedule.... a scale a week and when school starts you will be finishing up the 12 major scales..... avoid simply saying 'I will get around to it". Have a great, yet productive summer!
